CMF Watch 3 Pro with dual-band GPS finally comes to Nepal

The CMF Watch 3 Pro has finally landed in Nepal, roughly five months after its global debut. It ditches the removable bezel design of the CMF Watch Pro 2, but brings some interesting upgrades to the table. Including dual-band GPS support. Display and Design

You're getting a 1.43-inch display this time around, which is noticeably bigger than the 1.32-inch screen on its predecessor. The 466 x 466 resolution keeps things crisp with a 326 PPI pixel density, while the Watch 3 Pro's 650 nits of brightness should handle outdoor visibility.

As for the design, the CMF Watch 3 Pro has the classic circular look as before. But as I mentioned in the beginning, its bezels are longer user-swappable. The straps are still replaceable, of course, although that funky modular design that CMF introduced last year is nowhere to be seen here.

Anyway, the Watch 3 Pro comes in four colors: Dark grey, Light green, Light grey, and Orange. All with precision-milled metal frames and official IP68 dust/water resistance.

Performance and Smart Features

Meanwhile, following the latest tradition, CMF has baked ChatGPT right into the watch. You can ask it questions through voice commands, and it even helps with running coaching. Plus, there's even a voice note recording feature with auto-transcription, which can be pretty handy.

The dual-microphone setup with AI noise reduction makes Bluetooth calling actually usable. You're also getting gesture controls like flip-to-silence and double shake for quick actions.

Fitness Tracking and Battery

CMF has loaded this thing with 131 sports modes in total, including HIIT and yoga. The Watch 3 Pro can also automatically detect certain workouts like walking, running, rowing, and more. Whereas it can also give you a 3D warm-up guide for stretches. 

Even the battery life looks solid here, with CMF claiming up to 13 days of typical usage. Although that number drops to 4.5 days under heavy usage and if you enable always-on display all the time. And according to CMF, the Watch 3 Pro's 350mAh battery can fill up in 99 minutes.

GPS tracking gets dual-band support this time (L1+L5) for better positional accuracy, next to other navigational systems like Glonass, Galileo, Beidou, and QZSS. The rotating crown makes navigation smooth, and you're getting 120+ watch faces. Including animated and interactive options.
