The Huawei MatePad Air comes in two variants — a regular and a "Soft Light Edition", both with an all-metal body. These models show off a sharp 12-inch 2.8K LCD panel with a 144Hz refresh rate and a 3:2 aspect ratio. It is also HDR Vivid certified and has a P3 movie-grade color gamut. The main highlight of the device comes with the Soft Light Edition. The MatePad Air 2025 runs on Huawei's HarmonyOS 5 platform, although the details about the chip powering this tablet remain unknown for now.
