Panasonic has launched the new Lumix GH7 mirrorless camera in Nepal. It brings several upgrades over the GH6, including phase-detect autofocus, internal ProRes RAW recording, and improved subject tracking. The camera is designed for hybrid creators who focus on both photography and video.

Key Features
The Lumix GH7 features a 25.2MP Micro Four Thirds sensor with a 4:3 aspect ratio. It is the first GH series camera to offer phase-detect autofocus, allowing better subject tracking for moving objects like animals, cars, and people.
Additionally, the camera supports internal ProRes RAW video recording up to 5.7K resolution. It also records 4K at 120fps without cropping, providing high-quality slow-motion videos. Furthermore, the GH7 offers 32-bit float audio recording when used with the optional XLR2 adapter. It also brings enhanced stabilization for smoother handheld shooting.
Design and Connectivity
The body design is similar to the GH6. It includes a 3.69 M-dot OLED viewfinder, a 3-inch fully articulating touchscreen, and an active cooling fan for unlimited video recording.
In addition, it features dual memory card slots (CFexpress Type B and SD), a full-size HDMI port, USB-C with external SSD support, and direct YouTube live streaming. The camera is dust- and splash-resistant and can operate at temperatures as low as -10°C.
