Audio Features

The earbuds support spatial audio, MIHC, LDHC 5.0, and LC3 audio codecs. Additionally, they feature Deep Space Noise Reduction 2.0, which provides up to 55dB of noise reduction. A 3-mic AI ENC system minimizes wind noise during calls, reportedly handling wind speeds of up to 12m/s.

The earbuds promise up to 36 hours of total playback time. They also support fast charging, offering up to 2 hours of usage with just 5 minutes of charging.

Gaming Edition Features

Xiaomi also introduced a Gaming Edition of the Redmi Buds 6 Pro. It includes low-latency flash connector 2.0 and offers ultra-low latency of 20ms. Furthermore, it supports high-fidelity LHDC Lossless audio codec and introduces Xiaomi’s first wireless microphone feature with a maximum transmission range of 130 meters.
