Best Wireless Earbuds Under NPR 5000 in Nepal 2026

Here, we will be looking at the best budget TWS earbuds under NPR 5000 in Nepal. Wireless earbuds are all the rage these days. The best of the best, such as Apple AirPods Pro 3 and Galaxy Buds 4 Pro (review), are quite expensive. So, these are certainly not an option for a student or someone who does not want to spend a whole lot of money on a pair of wireless earbuds. Fortunately enough, there are some decent budget TWS earbuds that offer good audio quality, battery life, and Bluetooth range. But finding the best can be a daunting task. So, here’s our list of the best budget TWS earbuds under NPR 5000 in Nepal to help simplify your buying decision.

Best wireless earbuds under NPR 5000 in Nepal:

      5. Redmi Buds 8 Active

We’re kicking off our list of best wireless earbuds under NPR 5000 in Nepal with the Redmi Buds 8 Active. So while most budget earbuds have an in-ear design with silicone eartips, this guy has a semi-in-ear design. Just like the Apple AirPods 4 (review). That means if you find those in-ear earbuds uncomfortable to put on after a while, this is probably what you’re looking for.

Redmi Buds 8 Active - Design

With no ear tips lodged inside your ears, the Redmi Buds 8 Active should feel drastically easier to listen to. Although I should tell you that this design choice means these earbuds are particularly weak at two things: noise reduction and bass response. The Buds 8 Active doesn’t have active noise cancellation (ANC) to offer, either, so you should keep this in mind.

As for the audio quality, these earbuds sound expectedly bright by default. Meaning plenty of trebles and upper midrange, while the bass takes a back seat. Xiaomi does give you the option to create a custom equalizer or select from a few pre-built equalizers—including one called “Bass Boost”. But don’t expect rumbly, punchy bass hits on these earbuds. Other than this, the Redmi Buds 8 Active has up to 37 hours of battery life and also dual connectivity support.

      Redmi Buds 8 Active Specifications:

      • Design: Semi-in-ear fit, all-plastic build
      • Dimensions and weight: 17.87 x 18.49 x 32.04 mm, 3.8 gm (per earbud)
      • Water resistance: IP54 dust/splash resistance
      • Connectivity: Bluetooth 5.4 (multi-point support)
      • Sound driver: 14.2 mm dynamic drivers
      • Audio codecs: AAC, SBC
      • Noise cancellation: No
      • Battery: Up to 37 hours of music playback (earbuds + case)
      • Control: Touch controls
      • Companion app: Xiaomi Earbuds (Android | iOS)

      4. boAt Nirvana Ion

Next up is the boAt Nirvana Ion. This is boAt’s most popular lineup of budget wireless earbuds, and for everything it brings to the table, the Nirvana Ion is easily one of the best options under NPR 5000. I wanna start with battery life because there’s literally no other pair of earbuds with as long-lasting battery life as the Nirvana Ion.

boAt Nirvana Ion Price in Nepal

boAt promises 24 hours of playback with the earbuds alone, while that number climbs to a staggering 120 hours with the charging case added to the mix. So if battery life is a priority to you, then it simply doesn’t get better than the Nirvana Ion. And while this thing doesn’t have ANC like the Redmi Buds 8 Active either, since this has an in-ear fit, you can expect decent passive noise isolation from the eartips alone.

That means the Nirvana Ion has a considerably stronger bass than the Buds 8 Active. Especially under the “Bass mode”. But if you’d prefer a more balanced sound instead, there’s the “Balanced Mode” for exactly that kind of sound. Besides this, I can also create my own equalizer inside boAt’s app. The Nirvana Ion’s call quality is quite impressive as well, so all in all, this is a fantastic pair of budget earbuds.

      boAt Nirvana Ion Specifications:

      • Design: In-ear fit, all-plastic build
      • Dimensions and weight: 21.7 x 24.8 x 32.8 mm, 4.9 gm (per earbud)
      • Water resistance: IPX4 splash resistance
      • Connectivity: Bluetooth 5.2 (multi-point support)
      • Sound driver: 10 mm dynamic drivers
      • Audio codecs: AAC, SBC
      • Noise cancellation: No
      • Battery: Up to 120 hours of music playback (earbuds + case)
      • Control: Touch controls
      • Companion app: boAt Hearable (Android | iOS)

      3. Redmi Buds 8 Lite

At the number 3 spot on our list of best wireless earbuds under NPR 5000 in Nepal is yet another pair of Xiaomi earbuds. The Redmi Buds 8 Lite. While it originally launched for four thousand rupees in Nepal, Xiaomi quietly raised its price by exactly a thousand rupees a little while ago. Despite this, I’d say there’s still a lot to love about the Redmi Buds 8 Lite.

Redmi Buds 8 Lite - Design

I feel like this is such a balanced pair of earbuds overall. From its nice, comfortable design to decent call quality, battery life, sound quality, and even active noise cancellation, the Buds 8 Lite impresses in a lot of ways. Let’s start with noise cancellation because this is the first pair of earbuds on this list so far to feature ANC.

Xiaomi claims these earbuds can cancel out up to 42 dB of ambient noise—and in my tests—the Buds 8 Lite did a great job at getting rid of most low-frequency noises like the ones coming out of your AC unit, the passing traffic, and such. Its sound quality was quite interesting since, by default, the Buds 8 Lite’s bass-heavy tuning wasn’t digestible to me at all. But once I created a custom equalizer by reducing pretty much everything under 250Hz by up to 5 dB, I was able to open up its sound and retrieve a lot of details. Particularly in terms of the midrange frequencies.

      Redmi Buds 8 Lite Specifications:

      • Design: In-ear fit, all-plastic build
      • Dimensions and weight: 21.45 x 23.48 x 31.02 mm, 4.5 gm (per earbud)
      • Water resistance: IP54 dust/splash resistance
      • Connectivity: Bluetooth 5.4 (multi-point support)
      • Sound driver: 12.4 mm dynamic drivers
      • Audio codecs: AAC, SBC
      • Noise cancellation: Yes (up to 42dB)
      • Battery: Up to 36 hours of music playback with ANC off (earbuds + case)
      • Control: Touch controls
      • Companion app: Xiaomi Earbuds (Android | iOS)
      • Redmi Buds 8 Lite Price in Nepal: NPR 4,999

      2. OnePlus Nord Buds 3

The OnePlus Nord Buds 3 is yet another fantastic pair of earbuds at this price point. It’s currently available for around four thousand two hundred rupees, but what’s weird is that the Nord Buds 3r—which doesn’t have ANC like this guy—is selling for a couple hundred rupees more in Nepal. So yeah, make sure you don’t confuse the regular OnePlus Nord Buds 3 with the Nord Buds 3r.

OnePlus Nord Buds 3 launched in Nepal

Anyway, these OnePlus buds are loaded with bass by default. The Nord Buds 3 has 12.4mm dynamic drivers, with what OnePlus calls “BassWave 2.0” that delivers fairly tight bass hits. It has a typical “V-shaped” energetic sound signature, so if you’re looking for a pair of budget earbuds that’s best-suited for a basshead, this is a great pick.

The Nord Buds 3’s noise cancellation is surprisingly great as well. I say “surprising” because, on paper, its 32dB ANC doesn’t sound all that impressive. But in real-world usage, this thing does an excellent job against most low-frequency noises. And on top of all this, these OnePlus earbuds are IP55 rated against dust and splashes, they support dual connection, a custom equalizer, “3D Audio” for a more immersive listening experience, and up to 43 hours of battery.

      OnePlus Nord Buds 3 Specifications:

      • Design: In-ear fit, all-plastic build
      • Dimensions and weight: 20.3 x 23.87 x 29.99 mm, 4.2 gm (per earbud)
      • Water resistance: IP55 dust/splash resistance
      • Connectivity: Bluetooth 5.4 (multi-point support)
      • Sound driver: 10 mm dynamic drivers
      • Audio codecs: AAC, SBC
      • Noise cancellation: Yes (up to 32dB)
      • Battery: Up to 28 / 43 hours of music playback with ANC on / off (earbuds + case)
      • Control: Touch controls
      • Companion app: HeyMelody (Android | iOS)

      1. Soundcore R50i NC

Finally, our top pick on this list of best wireless earbuds under NPR 5000 in Nepal is the Soundcore R50i NC. And before I go on about how great it is, the one thing I need to tell you right away is that its default tuning is honestly quite horrible. ‘Cause with the “Soundcore Signature” equalizer, the R50i NC sounds so bloated and muffled with bass that I doubt even the most hardcore bassheads could find it pleasant to listen to for more than a minute.

      Anker Soundcore R50i NC launched

But the beauty of these earbuds is that they are so responsive to whatever equalizer I create that I can get them to sound a lot better in a matter of minutes. Or if you don’t wanna go through the hassle of creating your own equalizer, I’d suggest selecting the “Electronic” EQ since that does a pretty great job at making the R50i NC sound more open and detailed.

I like its noise cancellation, too. Soundcore gives me a couple of ANC modes to choose from, and setting it manually to max worked the best in my experience. The R50i NC has a respectable 45 hours of battery life as well—and if all that wasn’t enough—its charging case can even double as a phone stand. Making it oh-so-easy to watch videos on my phone without awkwardly resting it against a water bottle or something.

      Soundcore R50i NC Specifications:

      • Design: In-ear fit, all-plastic build
      • Dimensions and weight: Unspecified
      • Water resistance: IP54 dust/splash resistance
      • Connectivity: Bluetooth 5.4 (multi-point support)
      • Sound driver: 10 mm dynamic drivers
      • Audio codecs: AAC, SBC
      • Noise cancellation: Yes (up to 42dB)
      • Battery: Up to 45 hours of music playback with ANC on (earbuds + case)
      • Control: Touch controls
      • Companion app: Soundcore (Android | iOS)
