Honor X6d launched in Nepal with Dimensity 6300 5G SoC and 50MP Camera!

The Honor X6d has now officially made its way to Nepal as the company’s latest budget 5G smartphone. The phone packs a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, a 50MP primary camera, and a large 5,260mAh battery. Design and Display

Starting with the design, the Honor X6d features a standard budget-friendly style, very similar to the Honor 60A Play. It has a flat middle frame combined with a large bottom chin that houses the display, topped with a U-shaped notch. Honor offers this model in two colors: Midnight Black and Ocean Cyan.

You get a 6.75-inch LCD display with a 720p+ resolution. It’s a large panel for media consumption and basic tasks with a smooth 90Hz refresh rate. The panel uses aluminosilicate glass protection, offers up to 450 nits typical brightness, and includes eye-comfort features like dynamic dimming.

Performance

Under the hood, the X6d runs on the Dimensity 6300 chipset—a 6nm chip optimized for 5G connectivity and efficiency rather than heavy performance. Paired with 4GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, it can handle daily apps, social media, and light multitasking without issue. In terms of software, the phone runs Android 15 with Honor’s MagicOS 10.

Camera

The biggest upgrade over the Play 60A is the rear camera. The X6d packs a 50MP f/2.0 single camera, a notable jump from the 13MP lens on the former. While it’s limited to 1080p @ 30fps video recording, the improvement in photo quality should be better. On the front, there’s a 5MP f/2.2 selfie camera, unchanged from the Play 60A, which is enough for video calls and casual selfies.

Battery and Others

Moreover, the phone gets its juice from a 5,260mAh battery, which should last for a full day. Similarly, global listings suggest support for 15W wired charging via USB Type-C.
Likewise, connectivity features include Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.3, 5G, and a USB-C port. Additional features also include a 3.5mm-class audio jack and side-mounted fingerprint security.
