This Snap monitor features a 60Hz touchscreen display panel and a pro lighting setup.

Insta360's Snap Selfie Screen series for content creators and vloggers is finally here in Nepal. This is a magnetic monitor that you can stack on the back of the phone, which gives a real-time preview of the rear camera. In this series, Insta360 introduces two models of the Snap Selfie Screen: one is a standard magnetic monitor, and the other comes with a light. Here, I will discuss the details about the Insta360 Snap Selfie Screen Series, alongside its official price in Nepal, specifications, and availability.
Insta360 Snap Overview
Design and build
Beginning with the build, the Insta360 Snap construction includes plastic, artificial leather, and EVA throughout the body. Here, you get two different dimensions for the two different models. The standard Insta360 Snap weighs around 75.5 grams, while the model with Light weighs around 13 grams more. This is because they have included an extra lighting arrangement. Also, you might find the light model a bit thicker than the standard model, but both models are thin enough to fit in your pocket perfectly.

Display and lighting
As I mentioned earlier, you can stack the Insta360 Snap on the back of your phone because it is a small 3.5-inch touchscreen with a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels. Though this device has a small screen, it delivers sharper image previews thanks to its dense pixel density of 267 PPI, which is good for this screen size.

Moreover, this screen reaches up to 550 nits of brightness, which is decent enough for indoor use, though you may struggle with outdoor use during content creation and vlogging. And the 60Hz refresh rate on this device feels decent enough to handle rear camera previews. Also, you get a two-in-one protective cover with these accessories to prevent accidental screen touch.
Interestingly, it supports both native camera apps and third-party camera and editing apps. According to Insta360, this snap monitor with light can adjust the brightness and pro lighting. They have collaborated with AMIRO to give this lighting system.

Performance and connectivity
If you all are wondering about the working mechanism of the Insta360 Snap, let me explain. These accessories, after connecting via a USB-C port, allow the user to mirror the screen in Insta360 Snap. It allows one-tap mirroring for natural preview orientation on the screen. It also supports wide-angle shooting with the main camera.
Moving on, this device uses a USB-C wired connection to connect to your phone for all operations. After connecting via USB-C, you can just stack it on the back of your phone, thanks to its quick, secure magnetic snap mechanism.
