Acer Aspire 14 AI (2025) launched in Nepal with Intel Lunar Lake CPUs!

Acer recently introduced the Aspire 14 AI, a 14-inch laptop series powered by the latest Intel Lunar Lake and AMD Ryzen AI processors globally. The Intel variant of these laptops is now available in Nepal. These laptops offer AI-focused features and the latest processors in a compact form factor. In this article, I will discuss everything you need to know about the Acer Aspire 14 AI 2025, including its official price in Nepal, specifications, and availability.

Acer Aspire 14 AI 2025 Overview

Design and Display

Starting with the build, the all-new Acer Aspire 14 AI comes with a sandblasted aluminum lid for a more premium, sturdier feel, while the bottom chassis is still made from polycarbonate plastic to keep the weight down and improve thermal performance. In terms of weight, the device weighs just 1.4 kg, making it a perfect option for students or users who are frequently on the go. Adding more on design, we also get a 180° hinge.

For display, here we have either an OLED or an IPS display panel. The OLED version features a 14-inch FHD+ screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and 500 nits brightness, whereas the IPS display variant, which just got official in Nepal, features 60Hz and 300-nit brightness. The OLED models supports 100% DCI-P3 and HDR TrueBlack 500, whereas the IPS options either come with full 100% sRGB or 45% NTSC color coverage.

Processor and Memory

Talking about the performance, the Aspire 14 comes with both Intel and AMD variants, but currently only the Intel variant is available in Nepal, equipped with Intel power-efficient  Lunar Lake lineup, specifically the Core 5 226V, Core 7 258V, and Core 9 288V.  All the CPUs can handle your day-to-day tasks without issue, but if you prioritize performance, you should opt for the Core Ultra 7 or Ultra 9 variant, as they offer higher RAM support and clock speeds compared to the Ultra 5 variant.

As these chips are part of Intel's new AI Series, they come with a dedicated NPU called the “Intel AI Boost,” capable of delivering up to 48 TOPS. In addition, Acer includes tools such as Acer Sense, Acer Assist, PurifiedVoice 2.0, and PurifiedView 2.0. Furthermore, Acer VisionArt and LiveArt 2.0 are available for creative and productivity tasks.

The laptop includes up to 32GB LPDDR5x RAM. Additionally, it supports up to 1TB PCIe SSD for storage.

Connectivity and battery

Regarding wireless connectivity, Intel and some AMD models support Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4, whereas for physical connectivity, you get USB4 Type-C ports and two USB 3.2 Type-A ports, one with Power Share. In addition, it includes HDMI 2.1 output, a microSD card reader, and a 3.5 mm combo audio jack. The laptop comes with an FHD IR webcam with Windows Hello. Furthermore, it includes a Microsoft Pluton security chip and a physical privacy shutter.

For the battery, we have a 65W battery that should last at least 6+ hours for basic web browsing.
