iQOO Z11 Lite announced with a 50MP Sony camera and a 6,500mAh battery!

iQOO has officially added the newest member of its Z-series lineup in India—the iQOO Z11 Lite—a direct successor to last year's iQOO Z10 Lite. It targets the mid-range 5G segment, focusing on delivering long battery life, a smooth 120Hz display, and reliable everyday performance with the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset. It also brings AI-powered software features and a Sony-backed 50MP primary camera to the table. In this article, I will discuss this phone in detail, including the expected iQOO Z11 Lite price in Nepal, specifications, and availability.

iQOO Z11 Lite Overview

Design and Display

Starting with the design, the iQOO Z11 Lite follows a simple yet practical design that fits well in the budget segment. It features a flat frame with slightly rounded edges for a comfortable grip, while the back panel houses a vertically aligned dual-camera module alongside a circular LED flash. Despite packing a massive battery, the phone measures just 8.39mm thick and weighs 209 grams, making it relatively slim and easy to handle in day-to-day life. 

For durability, this phone comes with the IP65 rating so that it remains protected from accidental exposure to dust and water splashes. Here you get the option to choose from “ Midnight Blue” and “Solar Flame” finishes. 

On the front, iQOO Z11 Lite features a 6.74-inch LCD panel with HD+ resolution supporting a 120Hz refresh rate, which should be enough for scrolling social media. However, the phones include the Infinix Note 60, Realme P3, and Motorola Moto G96 5G, which offer better resolution along with better display panels in the same price bracket. Besides, the 1200 nits high brightness mode in this phone should offer clear outdoor visibility even when using it under harsh sunlight. 

Performance and Software

Under the hood, iQOO Z11 Lite uses the entry-level MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chip built on the 6nm octa-core processor, similar to that of its predecessor. It is also the same chip that we saw in phones like Vivo Y21 5G,  Realme 14T 5G, Samsung Galaxy A06, and  OPPO A6. So it should also deliver similar everyday performance during social media scrolling and web browsing, and even casual gaming in this phone could be decent. However, demanding games might not give the same experience.

Memory-wise, it is available in up to 6GB LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage that you can expand using a microSD, all thanks to its hybrid SIM slot. On the software front, Z11 Lite runs on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16, bringing several AI-powered features and tools to make everyday usage better. iQOO also promises up to 2 major Android upgrades for this phone.

For optics, the iQOO Z11 Lite comes with a dual rear camera featuring the 50MP f/1.8 SONY IMX852 primary sensor and is accompanied by a 0.08MP auxiliary lens to handle the depth information. Though the sensor of this phone comes with limited functionality, the daytime shots in good lighting should be pretty decent. Meanwhile, you might not get the expected results in challenging lighting conditions. Here, you also get a 5MP selfie camera with an f/2.2 aperture that you can use for casual selfies and video calls. 

In terms of battery, iQOO Z11 Lite packs a 6,500mAh battery, which is quite an upgrade from the 6,000mAh that we saw in its predecessor, iQOO Z10 Lite. To complement this, it also comes with 44W wired fast charging support alongside reverse wired and bypass charging support. iQOO claims that with this capacity, you could comfortably use this phone for more than a day on a single charge, even for those of you with heavy screen time.
