Lava has officially unveiled the Virat V1 and Virat V1 5G in India as its latest budget smartphones. The new lineup has been developed in partnership with Flipkart and is aimed at students, first-time smartphone users, and value-conscious buyers. While both phones share a similar design and software experience, the Virat V1 5G stands out with a faster 120Hz display, a more capable chipset, and a larger 6,000mAh battery. Design and Display

Starting off, the Lava Virat V1 and Virat V1 5G share the same overall design with flat edges, a rectangular camera module, and a waterdrop notch on the front. Both phones also come with an IP64 rating, offering basic protection against dust and water splashes. Here, you can choose Virat V1 in “Nilgiri Blue” and “Himalayan Silver” finishes, while Virat V1 5G is available in “Arya Blue” and “Sonar Gold”.
